I just purchased a subscription to DA. The price was pretty good and some of the features seemed beneficial as well. I only purchased a three month subscription to see how it was but I think I will renew it when it runs out.

The browsing is faster which is a definite plus as sometimes it seemed kinda slow, even on my 6mb/down dsl connection. The browsing customizations also make it worth it as well. The no-ads browsing is also nice although they never seemed to bother me before but I will take it.

I am on a search for a new avatar. I went for awhile here without having one until for whatever reason I decided to add one. The star wars one I have was only supposed to be temporary while I searched for one I really liked but it ended up becoming permanent as I stopped looking after adding it

I would just create one myself but I lack any real creativity and artistic capabilities. If anyone has a link to a good place to find avatars or a member here who makes good ones I would love to have it. I am currently searching around DA but have yet to find one I really want to use.

I have been a member here for about a year and a half and this is the first journal entry I have ever made. Going by that it is hard to say when or if I will make another one.
